Programmed Energy & Resources is currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated SAP Master Data Specialist on a casual basis for 6-12 months.


About the Role:

Our client is looking for a skilled SAP Master Data Specialist to support asset and maintenance data management activities within their operations team. This role will focus heavily on SAP PM system updates, asset structuring, and maintenance strategy implementation.

Role Details:
  • Location: Subiaco - Hybrid Office/WFH role
  • Contract: Casual 6-12 months duration
  • Hours: 40-hour week (8-hour days)
  • Site Travel: Not required at this stage
  • Rate: $95-$105/hour flat rate

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and modify Functional Locations (FLOCs) within SAP
  • Identify and tag Level 5/6/7 assets in SAP
  • Perform bulk uploads of maintenance strategies
  • Create and update Bills of Materials (BOMs)
  • Raise maintenance notifications and support planning activities
  • Assist with ad-hoc planning tasks and budget preparation
  • Ensure data integrity and alignment with operational requirements

Role Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a SAP Maintenance Planning / Planning / Operational Readiness role
  • Strong working knowledge of SAP PM (Plant Maintenance module)
  • Experience working with asset hierarchies, FLOCs, and maintenance strategies
  • Background in mining, resources, or heavy industry (highly desirable)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage bulk data updates
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
